We are continually looking for properties for our clients. We take on properties from private landlords.

Our maintenance team will transform these properties into supported accommodation whilst adhering to all regulatory requirements. At Solace Housing our maintenance team carry out periodic inspections to ensure that your property has been kept to the high standard it was handed over to us. 

We would typically lease these properties on a long-term basis usually between a 2 and a 5 year term.
