Room Available at Solace Housing Supported Accommodation

Solace Housing provides safe, supported accommodation in Birmingham for adults who need a stable place to live and help getting back on their feet. We currently have a furnished room available in one of our shared houses.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and storage, and residents share a clean, well maintained kitchen, bathroom and communal space. All bills are included, so there’s no worrying about gas, electric or water.

What makes Solace different is the support. Every resident has a dedicated support worker who meets with them regularly and helps with whatever they need, whether that’s managing benefits and money, accessing health and wellbeing services, building independent living skills, or working towards training, volunteering or employment. Our goal is to help each person move forward into settled, independent housing when they’re ready.

We welcome referrals from individuals, local authorities, probation, hospitals and other support agencies. Housing Benefit can cover the rent for eligible residents, and our team can help with the application.
