Rooms available in our homes
These are the current vacancies across Solace Housing properties. Every room is part of a supported home, managed and supported by our own team, not a room to rent on its own.
Every room comes with support
- A named key worker and a support plan built around your goals.
- A fully furnished room, with bills and Wi-Fi included.
- A home we manage and maintain ourselves, with repairs reported online.
- Monthly activities, our cricket and badminton teams and a real community.

How moving in with Solace works
Who can live in a Solace home?
Our homes are for adults aged 18 and over who need a safe place to live and some extra support. We talk with every applicant first to make sure the home and the support are the right fit.
How is the rent paid?
For most tenants, the rent and service charge are covered by Housing Benefit. If you are not sure whether you are eligible, we will help you check and make the claim.
Are bills included?
Yes. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi are all included, and every room is fully furnished.
Can I see the room before I move in?
Yes. Once we have talked through your situation, we will arrange a visit so you can see the home and meet the team.
How quickly can someone move in?
When a room is available and the assessment is complete, people can often move in within a few days. We will always tell you honestly how long it is likely to take.
