Is it an emergency?
For a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. For fire or immediate danger, call 999. For flooding, no heating in winter, a failed front door lock or loss of power, please call us straight away. Do not use this form.
Damp and mould
We take damp and mould seriously. Please report it as soon as you notice it, even if it looks small. We will inspect, find the cause and keep you updated until it is fixed.
